Key Job Details: Job Title: Ramp Agent - Customer Service Agent Company: Delta Airlines Location: Minneapolis, USA (Remote) Compensation: $26/Hour Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate openings available Job Summary: As a Ramp Agent - Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo, luggage, and mail, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an entry-level position, and our leaders are committed to providing mentorship and support to help you grow and develop in your career. Key Responsibilities: Securely lift, load, dump, and transport cargo, luggage, and mail to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and departures. Shield cargo, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. Operate ground equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in congested areas. Use scanners and computers to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of cargo and luggage. Work varying shifts, including early mornings and overnights, and be available to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your level and operational needs. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Valid driver's license. Proficiency in English. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, and high-visibility safety attire. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a related field, such as customer service or logistics. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
