Job Summary
As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing sales and customer experience support to JTV.com customers via live chat. You will focus on moving visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue, establishing and nurturing prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities
Provide sales and customer experience support to JTV.com customers via live chat
Focus on moving visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue
Establish and nurture prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals
Organize, plan, and execute tele-sales activities
Communicate quickly and effectively via online format
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Essential Qualifications
Sales experience (previous tele-sales experience preferred)
General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via online format
High level of familiarity with JTV.com
Ability to speak articulately and credibly with CC leadership
Strong analytical and judgment skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent written communication skills
