Key Responsibilities Consistently meet the established daily quota for processing electronic submissions Compare data with source documents submitted by members, checking for accuracy and ensuring supporting documentation meets specified requirements Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures Accurately document and record member information Perform other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications Skills and Competencies Proficient in PC operations and navigation Familiarity with Microsoft Office Exceptional attention to detail Strong written communication skills Desire and ability to be a team player High School Diploma or equivalent Work Experience While prior experience is not required, candidates with experience in data entry and customer service are highly preferred.
