Job Overview We are looking for an experienced professional to fill a full-time Data Entry and Learning Development Specialist position. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer service representatives. Your expertise will have a direct impact on our customers, our business, and the overall success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Program Management: Outline, document, and maintain the scope of all local Learning and Development projects. Create, track, and maintain project plans, and develop trusting partnerships with our outsourced call center partners. Learning Content Development: Conduct gap analysis to identify performance and training opportunities, and develop solutions to address these gaps. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create regular and accurate training curriculum, and design learning experiences that are relevant, challenging, and effective. Facilitation: Deliver learning material in face-to-face and virtual environments to leadership audiences, and pilot newly designed curriculum. Run train-the-trainer programs for call center trainers, and educate and develop call center leaders to co-facilitate the delivery of learning material. Dealer Management and Relationship Building: Partner with the training and operational teams of our outsourced call center providers, and contribute to the overall performance of the Customer Service business. Guide these teams to achieve success with the right direction, support, and tasks. Stakeholder Management: Build and foster strong partnerships with regional Customer Service colleagues, and be an effective voice of the local Learning and Development team. Collaborate with other business leaders to transform operational opportunities into Learning and Development opportunities. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 3 years of experience designing soft skills and technical training solutions, including onboarding programs focused across a range of levels, from call center agents to senior leaders. Experience designing and facilitating learning solutions that range from 15-minute learning sessions to multi-week classroom programs. Strong facilitation experience in various instructor-led programs for diverse audiences, and excellent training skills. Project management experience, with the ability to collaborate with a team and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and be attentive to detail. A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. Fluency in Portuguese and English, with Spanish being a plus. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in a cross-cultural global environment. Experience with content/knowledge management. Experience designing training curriculum for service, retail, or call center managers/leaders. Experience with innovative facilitation tools.
