About the Role This is a part-time remote customer service representative position where you'll work with prospective clients, educating them on business concepts and principles, and helping implement effective game plans through services provided by one of our strategic partners. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare effective plans for clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs and goals Educate customers on business concepts, principles, and strategies to help them achieve financial independence Offer solutions to families in various areas, including legal protection, identity theft, investments, and more Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company knowledge to provide informed support to clients Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: To be at least 18 years old To be a US citizen or legal resident, or a Canadian citizen or permanent resident A felony-free background Preferably, a recent college graduate or someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit Self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or sales Knowledge of business concepts, financial planning, or related fields Experience working in a remote or virtual environment What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
