Job Summary This is a full-time remote opportunity as a Customer Service Representative with blithequark. As a solo resource, you'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to our plan members, individuals, and suppliers. You'll be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building trust with our customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, providing empathetic and personalized support. Build trusting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions. Anticipate customer needs, providing relevant information and resources to address their concerns. Utilize our customer support framework to make informed decisions and resolve customer issues efficiently. Educate customers on various aspects of their benefit plans and available services, enhancing their overall experience. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-specific solutions and improve our services. Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and emerging issues, developing solutions to address these challenges. Provide training and support to customers, empowering them to manage their health and wellbeing. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues while avoiding over-committing. Perform various administrative tasks, such as processing claims references and new case hand-offs. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Previous customer care experience in a transactional environment, such as a call center or retail store. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion in customer interactions. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare industry. Familiarity with customer support software and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
