About the Role As a Customer Service Representative – Inbound Claims Support at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email. You'll leverage your effective listening skills, diligence, and genuine desire to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional. By understanding our customers' needs and focusing on delivering tailored solutions, you'll provide a service experience that exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service and support. Research requests regarding policy provisions, claim status, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information. Efficiently process transactions and refer requests as needed to ensure seamless customer experience. Enhance customer relationships using effective communication and empathy to build trust and accountability. Support service campaigns as required to promote our products and services. Navigate electronic systems to provide integrated responses to inquiries and resolve customer issues. Maintain professionalism in all interactions, adhering to our high standards of customer service. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment. Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Strong computer/keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues. Superb listening skills with professional oral and written communication. Empathetic communication style to build trust and accountability with customers. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus. Prior call center experience is highly preferred. Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of company products and services. Passion for customer service and commitment to follow-through.
