Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools used to manage customer interactions.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and select the best solution.
