About the Role Blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Service Contract Act (SCA) position, this role will provide immediate support to customers, troubleshoot application access issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve concerns. The ideal candidate will be a patient and empathetic listener, able to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact for customers, internal colleagues, and external partners via inbound calls, chat, email, and text. Ensure first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and communication skills. Counsel customers on their entitlements for their move and provide accurate updates on shipment status. Troubleshoot issues with the Blithequark Connect Application and provide technical support. Utilize strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. Maintain accurate records of all contacts and interactions in relevant systems. Stay up-to-date on all services and requirements for processing customer orders. May function as a designated representative for move accounts and perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements and Skills: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education experience required. 1+ year of customer service experience, with military move experience preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements. Experience working in a multi-channel contact center (voice, chat, email, and text). Attention to detail, with better-than-average accuracy and quality of work. Ability to work comfortably in a remote environment with a stable and secure team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, patience, and empathy. Proficient with basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual. Prior military move management experience.
