Position Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team, supporting our retail pharmacy stores nationwide. As a remote inbound customer contact center agent, you'll respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters, providing solutions that delight our pharmacy customers. Your superb customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and collaboration skills will be essential in resolving customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a professional and empathetic manner, upholding Blithequark's purpose and values. Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding to, or interpreting company procedures or policies to resolve customer concerns. Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, chats, and letters, and respond to customers via phone or written communications. Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. Provide customer service that meets our goals of delivery through responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism. Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing. Strong PC skills, with the ability to toggle between different applications. Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office. Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete a paid company training program. Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred). Prior inbound Call Center experience. Previous experience working from home. Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience. Work Schedule: Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time. Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week. Days off may not be consecutive (for example, could be Wednesdays and Sundays off). Compensation and Benefits: At Blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including: Starting pay rate of $17.00 per hour, with a pay range of $17.00 - $34.15.
