We're currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Benefits Representative to join our corporate Benefits Office team on a full-time basis. About the Role: Benefits Representative As a Benefits Representative, you will play a critical role in our Benefits Office, working closely with our Benefits Director and team members to deliver exceptional support and services. This position requires a deep understanding of benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a home-based setting. Key Responsibilities: Process and administer various benefits, including Health, Life, LTD, and Flexible Spending benefits. Manage Change in Status and Special Enrollment Events for benefits. Assist with the design and review of our Online Enrollment System. Create and distribute weekly Flexible Spending Reports and Flexible Spending Reviews. Handle and respond to Extra insurance and LTD claim requests. Process and pay Extra insurance and LTD bills. Process and respond to Qualified Medical Child Support Requests. Assist with 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) Plan enrollments. Coordinate deposits for the 401(k), NQDC, and IRA accounts. Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews for the Health Plan. Provide critical problem-solving support for employees and Outside Directors. Interpret and understand Plan Documents. Distribute New Hire packets. Occasional Saturday work may be required. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a Benefits Administration role, preferably with Health, Dental, Life insurance, LTD, Flex, and COBRA. Knowledge of 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA, and Healthcare Reform regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with HRIS benefits systems, preferably SAP. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a corporate benefits office or similar environment. Familiarity with benefits administration software and systems. Certifications in benefits administration, such as CEBS or CBSA. What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package: Competitive hourly rate of $20-$30 per hour.
