Key Responsibilities Respond to Inbound Calls and Messages: Answer and respond to incoming participant phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely and professional manner. Meet Performance Expectations: Meet or exceed required levels of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Project-Based Work: Complete other projects as assigned by the Director or Supervisor, contributing to the team's overall goals and objectives. Reimbursement Claims Processing: Review and approve reimbursement claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Typing and 10-Key Skills: Strong typing and 10-key skills are essential for efficient data entry and processing. Customer Service Excellence: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with participants. Motivation and Attitude: A highly motivated and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Efficiency and Accuracy: Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately, meeting productivity and quality standards. Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Language Skills: Spanish speaking skills are useful, but not required. Preferred Qualifications Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, benefits administration, or a related field is preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with software applications, such as CRM systems, and ability to learn new technologies.
