Job Overview We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as full-time and part-time remote customer service and flight attendants. As a Breeze Airways remote team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, and embodying the values of our organization. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, following all safety protocols and procedures Embody the values of Breeze Airways, including safety, kindness, integrity, creativity, and excellence Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives Utilize our inflight technology to provide an exceptional customer experience Plan and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to our passengers, practicing the highest standards of hygiene and customer service Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin, ensuring that our passengers have a comfortable and enjoyable flight Provide instruction and assistance to our passengers, including emergency procedures and evacuation protocols Administer first aid and medical care, as needed, in the event of an emergency Lead safety screenings and ensure that all safety protocols are followed Complete autism awareness training and adhere to all FAA and DOT regulations Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement Minimum age of 21 years old Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead compartments without assistance Ability to sit and fasten into the flight attendant jumpseat safety belt and lap belt Perfect, well-groomed, and able to present a positive image Service-oriented and able to provide exceptional customer service Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Ability to complete a vision and hearing test Ability to successfully complete security screening training Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background investigation Legal right to work in the U.S. Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S. Valid passport with at least six (6) months remaining before expiration Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher Previous experience as a flight attendant or in a customer-facing role Ability to speak multiple languages Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment Skills and Competencies Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment Ability to embody the values of Breeze Airways, including safety, kindness, integrity, creativity, and excellence Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Breeze Airways, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
