Key Responsibilities Create test models for product test and release control (plans, data, and scripts) Execute assembly or product tests, ensuring seamless integration with release control processes Meet time estimates for assigned tasks and communicate accurate status updates Follow quality standards and define product test plans and criteria for acceptance Resolve testing process questions/issues and assist in the planning, creation, and control of test environments Assist Team Lead in monitoring estimated-time-to-complete (ETC) and actuals for assigned tasks Work to enhance testing skills and build technical and business knowledge Update and test release installation procedures Generally aware of new developments in industry and processes and ability to apply to work as appropriate Determine time estimates and schedule for work efforts Define and utilize entry/exit criteria for testing Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience with Agile projects and testing methodologies Experience in analyzing data elements of enterprise applications; determining how the data elements relate to each other Experience in using Microsoft products; SQL, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Experience in the analysis of business requirements, functional and non-functional Experience using versioning tools: TFS, GIT, or any other versioning tool Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience with test automation tools and frameworks Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and tools Experience with DevOps practices and tools Certifications in testing or quality assurance Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a team environment and independently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
