As a key member of our Cloud Databases team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that helps our customers succeed. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and UX researchers to identify critical user journeys and create information architectures that drive customer success. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Technical Writer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Planning, designing, writing, and publishing technical documentation for our cloud database service, including critical customer journeys, concepts, and guidelines for how customers do business. * Working closely with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and UI partners to identify critical user journeys and create information architectures that help customers along these journeys. * Collaborating with cloud database authors to continually improve practices and deliver an exceptional customer experience. * Collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to drive and prioritize technical writing. * Mentoring and supporting other authors on the cloud databases team. **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of technical writing experience. * Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality technical documentation. * Experience with databases, SQL, NoSQL, and cloud products. * Experience in a related role, creating technical documentation for a technical audience, preferably for enterprise cloud services. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience with HTML or Markdown skills. * Unix environment skills. * Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Proven communication and team skills, with a strong initiative. * Experience with cloud database solutions, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP). **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Technical Writer at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, bonus, equity, and benefits package.
