As a key member of our data warehousing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing complex data systems that drive business insights and decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with a talented team of professionals, and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack SQL DBA, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Rationalizing and mapping data between transactional and dimensional database models/systems * Working closely with the database and system administrators to develop stored procedures and ETL processes related to the data warehouse system * Collaborating with vendors and other agency staff to design, develop, and manage the creation of federally required reports using the Generate application * Translating application storyboards and use cases into functional applications * Working independently and cooperatively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results * Analyzing complex data systems and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Extensive experience (7+ years) with development of stored procedures and ETL processes using T-SQL * Thorough understanding of data warehouse design hierarchies such as star and snowflake schemas * Experience with ALM tools for work item management, version control, code analysis, and testing * Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies * Familiarity with continuous integration * Experience creating and scheduling elastic jobs **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with student information management systems and K-12 data and reporting * Experience with Common Education Data Standards (CEDS) * Experience with EDFacts Federal Reporting * Experience with designing and modeling database structures based on business use cases * .Net/Angular experience * Azure Synapse pipeline experience **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities * Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts * Experience with data modeling and database design **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Lorven Technologies, Inc., we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
