**Experienced Full Stack Solutions Architect – Cloud Contact Center Transformation and Acceleration**

As a Sr. Solutions Architect on our team, you'll play a critical role in helping public sector organizations migrate to arenaflex's cloud contact center solutions, leveraging the latest cloud computing technologies and best practices. You'll work closely with our sales and business development teams to deliver proof-of-concept projects, reusable artifacts, reference architectures, and lead implementation projects that drive business value for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Sr. Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional technical design and thought leadership to our customers, working closely with our sales and business development teams to deliver proof-of-concept projects, reusable artifacts, reference architectures, and lead implementation projects.
* Leading efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the arenaflex solution architect community.
* Collaborating with our product, engineering, and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps.
* Sharing real-world implementation challenges and recommending new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value from use of arenaflex cloud services.
* Contributing to best practices in the form of whitepapers and playbooks.

**Essential Qualifications**

* 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
* 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
* 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
* 5+ years of experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions or experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP or similar CCaaS technology.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
* Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
* Experience developing solutions and passion for hands-on experience with scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js).
* arenaflex Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.
* Computer Science/related degree and/or experience highly desired.

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong technical design and thought leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to travel 10-30%.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with cloud computing technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
* Familiarity with security best practices for applications, servers, and networks.
* Experience with software development, infrastructure, and security.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

arenaflex offers a total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
