Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Support Analyst to join our customer care team at arenaflex. As a Software Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring that our systems and applications are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a remote work from home opportunity, and we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our systems and applications Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent future issues Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of new systems and applications Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field At least 2 years of experience in software support or a related field Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications and systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Korber/Highjump or Descartes Route Planning is a plus Knowledge of Java-based Microservices applications Experience with SQL tuning, debugging, and fixing UNIX scripts Strong understanding of business processes and operations Experience with IT service management tools and technologies Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
