As a Staff Software Engineer on our Community Support Platform (CSP) team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, design, and infrastructure that powers our global community support operations. About the Role We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help drive our initiatives. As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll work closely with our product, design, and engineering partners to build innovative solutions that improve Airbnb's specialist efficiency. You'll be responsible for leading and contributing to the full development cycle, from technical design to deployment, and will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
