Job Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Software Engineer at WBA, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications and tools. Your responsibilities will include: Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets specifications and contributes to the development of software applications and tools. Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, product managers, and other engineers, to produce high-quality software solutions. Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement fixes in a timely and efficient manner. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with team members and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team. Essential Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on developing software applications and tools. Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of the software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure. Microservices: Knowledge of microservices architecture and experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker. API Development: Experience with API development and design. Machine Learning: Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience with machine learning frameworks.
