About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Amazon Seller Services team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and improving the end-customer experience for our top merchant partners. You will work closely with a team of 6-10 Senior Customer Success Managers to develop, implement, and execute key strategies that impact the success of our merchants and Amazon's vast customer base. About the Job As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: Act as the primary resource and internal advocate for merchant issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns. Identify, advise, and execute critical seller needs across marketing, sales, and supply chain management. Analyze data from multiple sources and present recommendations to sellers on trends and potential opportunities. Provide oversight, support, and key business insights while working with internal teams to ensure operational execution. Create and deliver reports to merchants tailored to their needs and strategic growth objectives. Teach sellers about tools, solutions, processes, and relevant learning experiences through Amazon programs and products. Collaborate with various stakeholders to address, surface, and examine issues, and drive continuous improvement for sellers and the organization. Identify, resolve, and scale process improvements across the team and broader organization. Manage testing account objectives, issues, and projects. About the Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years of professional experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and communication skills. Experience analyzing data and best practices to evaluate performance drivers. A bachelor's degree or higher. Experience with data analysis, including managing large datasets from complex systems and interpreting results. Experience developing and executing strategies. Experience influencing stakeholders. Strong skills in using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience adapting quickly to change and managing ambiguity. About Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: A bachelor's degree or higher, or a graduate degree. 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, marketing, purchasing, customer support, or consulting. 4+ years of experience in related industries, such as retail, hospitality, technology, consumer goods, sporting goods, scientific products, industrial products, or telecommunications. Experience with analytical and efficient tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft OneNote, SharePoint, and Prophet Business Insights. Online business experience. Data analysis experience. Demonstrated ability to learn tools and processes and then successfully apply them to provide support. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results. Strong integrity. Excellent critical thinking skills. Comfortable working in a diverse team and contributing to a comprehensive culture.
