This position involves building and fine-tuning efficient lead management systems to handle a substantial influx of leads from various channels. A deep understanding of the SaaS landscape is essential for this role, enabling insightful conversations with prospects and demonstrating how our solutions can address their business needs effectively. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Sell-By-Chat Representative, you will be responsible for: * **Source Growth Sessions via Email and Social Platforms**: Efficiently manage email inbox and social platforms to maximize engagement with potential clients. Ensure no lead goes untouched and that messaging across these channels is prompt and compelling. + Success Metrics: Conversion rate on responses for marketing-generated leads, revenue sourced, and show rate on growth sessions sourced. * **Build Sales Systems**: Play a pivotal role in building and fine-tuning a highly efficient and responsive lead management system. Create a well-oiled machine capable of seamlessly handling a substantial influx of leads from various channels. + Success Metrics: Rate of change within the SBC machine - Documentation, processes, departmental growth, etc. * **SaaS Expert**: Engage in insightful conversations with prospective clients by continuously educating yourself on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the specific challenges and opportunities that SaaS companies encounter.
