Job Description We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our clients in the Construction Industry. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space and enjoy a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities Screen and evaluate applications and resumes : Identify potential candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for various positions at various companies. Conduct initial interviews with candidates : Assess their suitability for specific roles and provide feedback to the hiring team. Lead client meetings : Ensure company satisfaction with our services and build strong relationships with clients. Coordinate with clients : Schedule and organize final interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Obtain feedback from clients : Enable us to continuously improve our selection process and facilitate onboarding. Utilize and maintain HR software platforms : Manage candidate data, interview schedules, and other recruitment-related information. Collaborate with the HR team : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and techniques to attract high-quality candidates. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of recruiting experience : Proven track record of success in recruitment or talent acquisition within the Construction Industry. Knowledge of the Construction Industry : A deep understanding of the industry, its trends, and its challenges. Excellent communication skills : Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both written and oral, to effectively communicate with candidates and team members. Organizational skills : Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records throughout the entire recruiting life cycle. Self-motivation and independence : Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
