Job Overview As a Product Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Customer Insight Center product procedure. Your primary goal will be to build and scale tools that support the security and reliability needs of our internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate a strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Customer Insight Center Ensure tools are built and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in product management, customer analytics, and data security. The minimum qualifications for this position are: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer analytics and data security Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open products and services that observe blithequark's accessibility guidelines and policies for supporting an inclusive culture Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong product management skills, with experience in customer analytics and data security Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
