Our MinuteClinic brand has been recognized for its commitment to creating a positive work environment, earning the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Pathway to Excellence designation for sound workplaces. **Our NPs/PAs Appreciate** * Independence to practice with a supportive team and hierarchical guidance * Flexibility with scheduling and access to remote work opportunities * Balance between challenging and fun activities * Outstanding equipment, training, and resources * Evidence-based guidelines and access to evaluation and treatment planning tools to enhance patient care * Practicing at the top of your clinical license with the support of our clinical care team * Unparalleled career learning experiences and advancement opportunities * Patient charting and follow-up completed in the clinic during the shift, with no work taken home **You Will** * Provide comprehensive and family-centered care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and behavior modification for our patients * Perform managerial duties, including but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, patient flow, checking insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment * Be responsible for managing patient schedules and performing steering assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes * Perform tasks including discussing healthy lifestyle choices with patients, conducting diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care * Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social health, and health condition management **Required Capabilities** * Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and behavior modification for our patients * This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention, and safer sex practices * Request and administer vaccinations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine guidance and education * At least two years of clinically relevant experience or equivalent * Complete the Spock certification test within 30 days of employment * Depending on the market, the ability to speak and write in multiple languages, including but not limited to Spanish * Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED) * Pass a Fit assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required **Preferred Capabilities** * If under one year of work experience as a licensed provider, previous student precepting experience with arenaflex is preferred but not required **Training** * Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role * Or in select states, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other healthcare-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the job **Join our team at arenaflex and become a part of a dynamic and supportive community that is dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry.
