We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. About the Role As a Performance Analyst at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing measurement and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce. You will work closely with our team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions and drive guest experience. Your expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics will help us optimize our operations and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Performance Analytics and Forecasting: Conduct forecasting, ad hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and perform analyses from start to finish Build reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to inform several programs Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines Measurement and Analytics: Leverage multiple reporting systems and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports Monitor data quality and report accuracy; escalate if needed Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer complex business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results Apply innovative analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights Stay up-to-date with the latest data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) 2+ years of non-internship experience in an analytical role Familiarity with forecasting techniques, including traditional statistical methods and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment Experience with SQL and R or Python Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data technology Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members What We Offer At Blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth, learning, and innovation.
