Job Overview and Responsibilities As an insurance customer service representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive personalized attention and tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: Completing Binding Authority (approximately 40 hours) to develop a deep understanding of our products and services Utilizing your excellent communication skills to assist customers with policy services, identify their needs, and market appropriate products and services that fit each individual client Establishing strong customer relationships and following up with customers as needed to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Employing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide them with the best possible solutions Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Texas General Lines P&C license or willingness to obtain one (we are happy to support you in this process) Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Strong computer and telephone system skills, with the ability to navigate our systems with ease Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate our office hours A people-oriented and self-motivated approach, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our team While prior insurance experience is a plus, it is not required.
