About the Role: Payroll Data Entry Specialist We're seeking a seasoned Payroll Data Entry Specialist to work remotely from the USA, preferably from Arizona or the Central time zone. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll data, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Utilize multiple systems to enter pre- and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy. Initiate new service order requests, coordinate and track product/service installation processes, and provide updates to Sales Support Managers or Supervisors. Support and lead ad hoc projects generated by blithequark Sales Channels, and prepare reports as requested. Educate customers on blithequark products and services, and respond to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources. Draft routine client and/or customer correspondence, and complete special operational and client projects as assigned. Act as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers. Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity. What You'll Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience. 2-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in payroll or data entry. Strong experience with MS Excel, including intermediate-level skills. Experience with data entry, with a focus on accuracy and productivity. Preferred Qualifications: Payroll or commission background. 1 year of experience with payroll. 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
