Key Responsibilities Develop and implement data-driven packaging strategies that drive sales, enhance brand love, and promote sustainability across our owned brands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of packaging strategies. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform packaging design and development. Lead the development of packaging design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across our brands. Manage and optimize packaging data, including specifications, materials, and supplier information. Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful packaging implementation. Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams on packaging-related matters. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful packaging projects. Analyze and report on packaging performance metrics, including sales, cost, and sustainability impact. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as packaging design, product development, or supply chain management. 4+ years of experience in packaging design, development, or a related field, with a focus on data-driven decision making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence without authority. Experience with packaging design software, such as CAD or design tools. Strong understanding of packaging design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry. Certification in packaging design, sustainability, or a related field. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
