Job Summary As a Live Chat Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in our Sales Team, interacting with customers via live chat services, including Facebook Messenger. Your primary responsibilities will include answering product-related questions, checking fitment, and assisting customers in scheduling service appointments. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously, and possess excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via live chat services, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide detailed product information, check fitment, and recommend suitable products to customers. Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing and organizing tasks to meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets. Collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve sales goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat transcripts and customer feedback. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Access to a reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection. Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
