Represent Gershman Mortgage at open houses, collaborate with agents on events, and work closely with our seasoned operations team to ensure seamless support for both you and your clients. • Evaluate financial profiles, recommend tailored loan solutions, and guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity, empathy, and confidence. • Set ambitious production goals and leverage the expertise of our in-house marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.
