Job Description
As a Full Stack Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers. We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticketing, and baggage policies.
