As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering world-class support to our Crewmembers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support for all arenaflex equipment and applications, including communication and mobile devices * Delivering outstanding on-site and remote customer service to arenaflex Crewmembers * Coordinating the resolution of issues and requests from start to finish, utilizing internal and external resources * Screening and supporting systems to ensure optimal performance * Maintaining and updating client access and documentation * Collaborating with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines to achieve first-contact resolution for all issues * Maintaining documentation of requests according to arenaflex standards * Updating and refreshing database documentation with the most up-to-date information * Coordinating responses for critical incidents and outages * Performing other duties as assigned **Work Environment and Culture** As an IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be based in Montego Bay, Jamaica, but you'll need to make regular visits to Kingston, Jamaica. We're looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about delivering exceptional support to our Crewmembers. **Least Experience and Capabilities** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent (GED certificate) * Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of the IT for Everybody certificate via Coursera * Experience implementing and supporting applications * Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%) * Possession of valid travel documents, with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US * Ability to obtain a valid visa to travel to the US * Experience using desktop software packages **Preferred Insight and Capabilities** While not required, we're looking for individuals with: * Certifications (Microsoft, Networking, programming languages) * Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server products * Knowledge of Trade and Office Suite * Knowledge of LAN environments using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS * Knowledge of communication, messaging, and networking (VOIP and POTS) * Knowledge of mobile devices * Knowledge of MDM solutions like Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune * Knowledge of General media solutions **Crewmember Assumptions** As an IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be expected to: * Maintain regular attendance and reliability * Be available to work flexible hours and respond to requests without prior notice * Maintain a professional appearance while working or traveling on arenaflex flights * Assist with light cleaning of the aircraft while on duty, if time allows * Demonstrate a proper fit for the arenaflex culture, or at least, display the arenaflex values of Wellbeing, Mindful, Honesty, Energy, and Fun * Advance arenaflex's #1 value of safety as a Wellbeing Representative, supporting arenaflex's Wellbeing Management System (SMS) components, Wellbeing Strategy, and social principles * Identify and report any wellbeing or security concerns, issues, incidents, or hazards, using arenaflex's secret reporting frameworks (Avionics Wellbeing Activity Program (pronto), JEMS or Security Activity Report (SAR)) **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** As an IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $30/hour, plus a range of benefits and perks, including: * Comprehensive health insurance * Retirement savings plan * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities * Access to arenaflex's state-of-the-art facilities and equipment * Opportunities for career growth and advancement **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional support and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply for this position.
