As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering world-class support to our Crewmembers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support for all arenaflex equipment and applications, including communication and mobile devices * Delivering outstanding on-site and remote customer service to arenaflex Crewmembers * Coordinating the resolution of issues and requests from start to finish, utilizing internal and external resources * Screening and supporting systems to ensure optimal performance * Maintaining and updating client access and documentation * Collaborating with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines to achieve first-contact resolution for all issues * Maintaining documentation of requests according to arenaflex standards * Updating and refreshing database documentation with the most up-to-date information * Coordinating responses for critical incidents and outages * Performing other duties as assigned **Work Environment and Culture** As an IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be based in Montego Bay, Jamaica, but you'll need to make regular visits to Kingston, Jamaica.
