Key Responsibilities Deliver everyday IT services and solutions, including consultation with leaders, troubleshooting issues, technical analysis, and solution development. Monitor end-to-end delivery of services and proactively communicate issues to clients, providing alternative solutions as needed. Coordinate and communicate support issues across various vendors and providers for affecting issues. Ensure client concerns about service issues are handled properly. Maintain a detailed understanding of the Client Services system of services and establish certain associations with all areas of IT service delivery. Implement and handle continuous improvement activities to better enable solutions for clients. Assist Project Technology product managers, engineers in process and planning practices in accordance with the executive and broad client community. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards. Build system and support documentation as required in the database. Provide on-site IT support and solutions for defined clients. Offer late-night support for IT projects, special events, high-priority incidents, and executive client demands as needed. Requirements Education and Experience A four-year degree in a related field with 3 years of experience or 7 years of relevant work experience. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange, and other IT tools. Experience supporting various technologies and services, such as Windows operating system, Macintosh operating system, iOS, Android, Dynamic Directory, Cisco VOIP, JAMF Casper, Video Conferencing, remote accessibility, Citrix, virtualization, VPN, TCP/IP, wireless and mobile networking, Cell Phone Management, A/V equipment, Helpdesk tagging systems, hard drive encryption products, enterprise backup products, SAP, SCCM, Microsoft enterprise devices, network printing, and customer/home/SOHO network gear. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining transparency and providing straightforward updates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Technical Skills Functional knowledge of Video Conferencing and A/V technologies in an enterprise environment. Experience utilizing and supporting iOS, Apple/Macintosh devices, Windows, Dynamic Directory, Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint, and enterprise collaboration tools. Compensation and Benefits The hiring range for this position is based on an hourly workweek, and the actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
