ICF is seeking a Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ( DEI) to support and drive the development, design, and implementation of program initiatives that foster a workplace culture of inclusivity and belonging. The DEI Program Manager will lead several cross functional projects that will further strengthen and shape the company’s DEI strategy. In this role, you will report to the Director, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and partner closely with other HR specialists and business partners to improve and manage processes, programs, and policies that promote a workplace culture that encourages, embraces, hires, and retains dimensions of difference. While we’re open to considering candidates who need to be remote, our preference is for this person to live in Maryland, D.C., or Virginia. We would ask them to come into the office for business partner meetings or presentations. As a Program Manager, DEI you will: • Lead, coordinate, implement, and project manage key diversity, equity and inclusion programs, initiatives and frameworks to ensure the achievement of short and long-term objectives. • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, Talent Marketing, Global Compliance, Employee Community Networks (ECNs), and key business partners to support the progress of our approach. • Advocate for the DEI Team, enterprise DEI strategy, and program initiatives; leveraging your strong oral and written communication skills to promote, educate, and build awareness of the enterprise DEI strategy, program, and key initiatives. • Design presentations, generate reports, and present to leadership and colleagues on DEI matters; discuss opportunities for improvement, metrics, andmake recommendations for defining measures of success. • Provide subject matter expertise and provide guidance as needed on DEI topics. • In partnership with the Director, DEI, serve as a consultant and strategic thought partner keeping HR partners and stakeholders informed and engaged in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. • Play a critical role in being a trusted thought leader, business strategist, influencer, and cultural change leader. • Lead and manage Employee Community Networks (ECNs) program, also known as Affinity Resource Groups or Employee Resource Groups (ERGs),to foster an inclusive workplace cultureand drive awareness and engagement in the business to advance a diverse and inclusive culture. • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations to enhance diversity and inclusion initiatives. • Support the development and implementation of the enterprise-wide DEI learning journey, ensuring comprehensive education and awareness programs. • Drive thought leadership in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with ability to build relationships with all levels of leadership, technical and business resources. • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, quantify, interpret, and report statistical data for presentations to make recommendations that support business strategy. • Proactive, innovative, and organized. • Strong program, project, and change management experience/skills. • Ability to handle confidential matters. Required: • 5+years of experience in managing large and complex cross functional programs within an agency or management consultancy environment. • 3+ years of experience in workforce diversity, equity and inclusion and belonging. • Experience leading and supporting Employee Community Networks (ECNs) program, also known as Affinity Resource Groups or Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Preferred: • Bachelor’s Degree. • 8+ years of experience in managing large and complex cross functional programs within an agency or management consultancy environment. • Demonstrated experience partnering and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at various levels across the organization to operationalize and strengthen DEI strategies and promote an inclusive workplace that encourages and embraces a growth mindset and inclusive culture. • Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy and driving matrixed teams to accomplish the plan. • Exceptional interpersonal skills andhave the ability to learn and understand the needs of the client business and the external landscape with continuous learning and research. • Ability to influence others. • You are flexible in a fast-paced work environment and can handle multiple tasks concurrently while paying close attention to detail. • Ability to present strategies in a clear and concise manner. #LI-CC1 #ER-22 Working at ICF ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants. Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
