With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, we're seeking a talented information architect to join our team and help shape the future of our business. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Information Architect – Cloud Data Science and Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of subject matter experts, driving modern software practices, and developing a culture of relentless learning and improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, data engineers, and IT specialists, to design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and mentor a team of subject matter experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of data-driven projects * Drive modern software practices through code reviews, design patterns, and best practices * Develop and maintain complex data models and reporting structures, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures that meet business needs * Develop and maintain data quality standards and best practices, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency * Evaluate and recommend data assessment and reporting tools to resolve business issues * Participate in planning and progress meetings to ensure timely and successful project delivery * Develop and maintain documentation for data examination processes, reporting plans, and data models * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, assessing their relevance and potential impact on our business **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in leading or senior positions, demonstrating the ability to guide and lead a team * 5+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, including ADLS, Azure Databricks, AWS, and Google Cloud * Advanced knowledge of data assessment tools, languages, ML, and frameworks (e.g., Conos, PowerBI, SQL, Python, R) * Experience working with cloud stages, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, to design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures * Strong understanding of Lakehouse architecture norms, combining the best of data lakes and data warehouses for strong and flexible data management * Proficiency in SQL, with a strong understanding of social data sets and business data to create complex SQL queries against various data sources * Experience overseeing high-volume and rapid data streams, and designing systems that can handle the demands of continuous or near-continuous analysis * Experience in developing the fundamental vision for data assessment and reporting drives within an organization **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Science, or a related field * Relevant industry certifications, such as Certified Data Architect (CDA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) * Experience in retail, e-commerce, online business, or store operations * Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $230,000 * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401(k) plan with company match * Stock purchase plan for eligible employees * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced information architect looking to join a dynamic and innovative team, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [arenaflex careers page]( We can't wait to hear from you!
