Job Summary As a Commercial Planning Supervisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business plans to drive growth, revenue, and customer engagement for our Disney+ services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand and performance marketing, country teams, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex planning models, including annual operating plans and monthly forecasting models, to inform business decisions and drive growth. Support the development of Disney+ annual strategy, quarterly planning, and monthly/bi-monthly forecasting processes. Build business cases and scenarios to inform decision-making on pricing, go-to-market strategies, and monetization optimization. Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses on drivers of performance for the previous quarter. Support the preparation of EMEA and US business updates. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics. Experience working in data-driven environments and driving decision-making through data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences. High numeracy and analytical skills, with attention to detail and thoroughness. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project timelines and deadlines. A positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
