We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineering Transportation Analyst to join our team. As a key player in our Transportation department, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our logistics operations to drive efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide critical support to the Blithequark Transportation Fleet, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. Collaborate with managers to define and prioritize enterprise needs, developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement. Integrate multiple data sources across various database platforms to inform business decisions and drive insights. Design, develop, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze key performance indicators. Utilize analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Develop and maintain reports to track transportation metrics and performance. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with advanced skills in data analysis and spreadsheet management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with Microsoft Access or other database management systems. Typing and 10-key skills are highly desirable. Experience with transportation logistics and operations is a plus.
