Are you equipped to take on the challenge? **The Impact You Can Make** As the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will be the primary financial resource for arenaflex's rapidly growing online business IT capability. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing, organizing, and analyzing the annual plan, ongoing financial forecasts, and a five-year well-thought-out strategy * Creating tools and reports that provide insights to the business * Collaborating with senior leadership and being a key partner in making strategic decisions in the online business IT space **You'll Achieve These Objectives By:** * Supporting the development of the critical financial plan for the online business IT business in collaboration with senior leaders * Assisting in the advancement of financial strategies, plans, and processes to improve efficiency and cost savings within the online business IT capability * Working closely with the online business IT team to align plans and forecasts as well as analyze actual financial performance and trends * Being a key partner in creating and supporting Digital Transformation as arenaflex moves to a more agile operating model and rebalances its freelancer and internal resource mix * Implementing tools, processes, and reporting that enhance precision and identify growth and cost optimization opportunities * Leading the capital planning process by collaborating with our PMO and Finance teams, including approval and post-mortem analysis to enhance the financial resource allocation for digital and online business initiatives * Collaborating with online business and finance partners to integrate digital, online business, and IT financial plans and forecasts into the overall financial system * Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis as directed, focusing specifically on digital, online business, and IT finance-related topics * Providing leadership and guidance to Financial Analyst(s) within the FP&A team, ensuring their work aligns with digital, online business, and IT finance requirements **The Fundamentals for Success** * 4 years of professional financial experience in a retail or consumer goods association * Experience in a financial support role in a retail class management environment * Experience with agile working models as well as technology support and related financials is a plus * College degree in finance, business, or related field, MBA preferred * High-level analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret results, communicate effectively, and make recommendations * Capability in cutting-edge Success and Access tools * Ability to influence leaders through financial analysis and interpersonal skills * Ability to build teams, processes, and models that deliver desired results * Innate curiosity regarding managing activities and financial results * A strong desire to see individual and organizational efforts lead to bottom-line results * Knowledge of financial cycles and internal controls * Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment * Capability in MS Office, SAP, or Business Intelligence tools is useful * Previous FP&A experience is strongly preferred If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about finance and analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join arenaflex's team.
