About the Role We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our Remote Customer Support and Service Delivery team at Blithequark. As a key member of our Engineering Group within the Integrated Operations Division, you'll be responsible for providing technical support for the maintenance and operation of aircraft and related equipment. This role also involves establishing and maintaining aircraft and part standards within designated areas of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions for Specialists in areas of expertise Serve as a guide to other Engineers and lead projects or facilitate issue resolution Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory authorities to validate engineering practices Develop customized procedures and special instructions for repairs, modifications, inspections, and other maintenance activities Stay informed about daily airline operations, including areas of liability Review daily needs and prioritize tasks based on airline/departmental targets and management directives Investigate aircraft/part issues that may cause delays or cancellations, significant labor or material usage, or maintenance operation disruptions Provide technical support to restore aircraft or parts to a workable status Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline divisions for technical assistance Develop activity plans for fleet/multi-fleet and part engineering projects Coordinate with other airline divisions to ensure effective and efficient execution of engineering practices Prepare technical documents to implement specialized practices Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming regulations and ensure compliance Continuously develop technical expertise and practical experience Effectively engage with colleagues and management Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 1 year of engineering experience in a related field or 2 years of experience without a degree A&P license Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to analyze technical data and make informed decisions Demonstrated fitness, capacity, and willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities Ability to prepare and deliver presentations that promote solution recognition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the aviation industry Familiarity with engineering management systems Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits: $21/hour salary Comprehensive medical, dental, prescription, and vision benefits Virtual specialist visits and flexible spending accounts 401(k) program with employer contributions Employee Assistance Program Pet insurance and discounts on hotels, cars, and travel Professional Growth and Development: Opportunities for career advancement and skill development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Access to cutting-edge technology and tools Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Inclusive and Diverse Culture: 20+ Employee Business Resource Groups Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Employee-centric approach to business decisions Why Join Blithequark?
