**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:

* Building unified GenAI tools and services to assess and control GenAI model result quality across the organization
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop data-driven applications and predictive models
* Developing and maintaining high-quality code, including participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best-practice programming standards
* Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting work to senior leadership and other teams
* Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of AI and machine learning, and applying this knowledge to develop innovative solutions
* Working closely with data engineers and other stakeholders to design and develop data pipelines and architectures
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3-year degree in a quantitative field (Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics) or equivalent experience
* 3 years of professional experience in data science, AI, or a related field
* Experience developing and deploying predictive models, including deep learning and AI models
* Strong programming skills in Python, with knowledge of SQL, Hadoop/Hive, Flash, and Scala
* Excellent understanding of numerical and statistical concepts, including calculations and computational complexity
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex business problems
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* MS or PhD in a quantitative field
* Experience with creating GenAI-based frameworks
