About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to drive our logical upset in the Customer Acquisition (CA) space. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a ground-up remake of our logical capacities, from data entry to complex business analytics, end-client reporting, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement data pipelines, machine learning models, and data visualization tools to support our business growth and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with experts, software engineers, and business leaders to define business processes and provide data-driven insights
Develop code to analyze complex datasets and design, create, and evaluate data pipelines to address specific business issues
Build adaptable, efficient, and automated data cycles to support client-facing reporting
Automate CA processes to streamline business activities
Communicate verbally or in writing to business clients/leaders to share findings and recommendations
Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:
Four-year degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, finance, economics, computer science, or software engineering
3+ years of experience in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), programming languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, etc.)
3+ years of experience in AI/measurable modeling data analysis tools and methods, and boundaries that influence their performance
Experience applying theoretical models in an applied context
Preferred Capabilities
While not required, the following preferred capabilities will make you a strong candidate for this role:
Graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, finance, economics, computer science, or software engineering
Experience in a ML or data scientist role with a large technology organization
