**The Analytics Team**

**The Role**
As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Uncovering Insights**: Use quantitative analysis and data visualization to identify trends and patterns in large datasets, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
* **Building Analytics Experiments**: Design and implement full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools.
* **Mentoring Junior Analysts**: Work with and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge, and help them tackle complex data challenges.
* **Providing Insights**: Present findings and recommendations to business leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
* **Collaborating with Engineering**: Work with our engineering team to implement, document, validate, and deploy data-driven solutions.

* **Expertise in Data Analysis**: Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, and other advanced data analysis techniques.
* **Programming Skills**: Proficiency in SQL, ETL, A/B testing, and statistical evaluation using tools like Matlab, R, SAS, or Python.
* **Analytics and Visualization Tools**: Experience with tools like Chartio, Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
* **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
