Responsibilities Conduct data analysis to inform business or product decisions, including cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and influence analysis Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and model dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical necessities Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, design and execute analysis that incorporates data collection, analysis, and presentation Assist Blithequark in making key decisions to improve products and services Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders through effective presentations and visualizations Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business outcomes Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics) Experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB) Experience articulating product questions, pulling data from datasets (SQL), and utilizing insights to arrive at a response Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing a graduate degree in a quantitative field Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems Ability to translate analytical results into business recommendations Interest and capacity to work with data, statistics, analysis, and trends, and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with strong business judgment Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
