Our team is dedicated to putting our customers first, fostering a sense of belonging, and sparking opportunities for growth and development. **The Role** As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our Marketplace Product Data Science team, you'll play a critical role in advancing our understanding of customer behavior, making predictions to improve our products and experiences, and designing and measuring experiments. You'll collaborate closely with diverse teams, including product managers, engineers, and fellow data scientists, to drive business growth and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance our understanding of customer behavior and preferences * Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve product experiences and customer satisfaction * Design and measure experiments to test hypotheses and drive business growth * Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement **What You'll Need to Be Successful** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering) * Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in data science or a related field * Experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis and testing, experiment design and model development * Familiarity with causal inference and its applications in business * Proficiency in programming languages (we use Python) and familiarity with data analysis and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Airflow) * Strong SQL skills (we use Snowflake) * Experience with data visualization tools (we use Tableau) * Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and applications * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment * Passion for continuous learning and improvement **Work Arrangement** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or at a Shipt office, depending on your role and leader's expectations.
