As a Data Scientist with our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and inform decision making. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and software developers, to define business processes and provide analytical support. Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and inform decision making. Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to support business intelligence solutions. Automate TA processes to streamline business operations and improve efficiency. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through verbal and written reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data warehousing, machine learning, and statistical modeling. Source, clean, analyze, refine, and model business data to drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to drive business insights. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science. 3+ years of experience working with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab). 3+ years of experience working with machine learning/statistical modeling, data analysis tools, and techniques, and understanding of the limitations that affect their performance. Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science. Experience working in a machine learning or data scientist role with a large technology company. Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases. Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
