As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing and executing our AI strategy to take our developer experience platform to the next level. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, applying machine learning algorithms to large-scale data sets and collaborating with AI engineers, computer programmers, and data scientists to deliver and deploy AI-powered solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute AI strategy to enhance developer experience platform * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply machine learning algorithms to large-scale data sets * Work with AI engineers, computer programmers, and data scientists to deliver and deploy AI-powered solutions * Develop and implement predictive models using machine learning techniques * Ensure data quality through analysis, data visualization, and data mining * Communicate complex AI model proficiencies to non-technical stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field * 5+ years of experience in the software industry, focused on machine learning * Proficiency in quantitative programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, and experience with distributed storage systems like S3, Flash, and Vector Database * Experience with model deployment and experimentation * Strong understanding of advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models * Familiarity with transformer design, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve business problems * Experience with data quality assurance, including data analysis, data visualization, and data mining **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with preparing models or using pre-trained models and retraining or fine-tuning to meet custom needs * Familiarity with applying machine learning methods in software development * Experience with cloud-based platforms and tools, such as AWS or Google Cloud * Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques * Experience with cloud-based platforms and tools * Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
