Job Description As a Data Reporting Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing statistical solutions and analytics to internal and external customers. Your primary focus will be on preparing, maintaining, communicating, and reporting data to support business decisions. You will work closely with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance the Workday tool, including HCM, compensation, payroll, recruiting, absence, and knowledge management.
