Our commitment to innovation, quality, security, shared governance, prosperity, and professional development has earned us the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Pathway to Excellence designation, recognizing our dedication to creating a healthy work environment for our staff. **Why Join blithequark?** * Enjoy independence and autonomy in your work, with the support of a collaborative team and hierarchical guidance * Balance work and personal life with flexible scheduling and a fun, dynamic work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology, training, and resources to enhance your skills and patient care * Practice at the top of your clinical license, with the backing of our clinical care team * Unparalleled career growth opportunities and learning experiences * Patient charting and follow-up completed in the facility during your shift, with no work to take home **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist and Virtual Assistant, you will: * Provide comprehensive and family-centered care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical issues, health advising, and demeanor planning for our patients * Perform managerial duties, including but not limited to opening and closing the facility, inventory management, patient flow, checking insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment * Be responsible for managing patient appointments and performing steering assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes * Perform tasks including counseling patients on healthy lifestyle choices, conducting diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care * Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social health, and health condition management **Required Capabilities** * Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical issues, health advising, and demeanor planning for our patients * This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention, and safer sex practices * Request and administer vaccinations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine guidance and education * At least two years of clinically relevant experience or the same * Complete the Spicknall certification test within 30 days of employment * Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, not limited to but including Spanish * Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED) * Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required **Preferred Capabilities** * If under one year of work experience as a licensed provider, earlier student precepting experience with blithequark is preferred but not required **Training** * Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse role * Or in select states, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the job **Ready to Apply?** If you are a motivated individual ready to contribute to a thriving team, we encourage you to apply now!
