**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Patient Care and Clinical Services**

We are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of patient care and clinical services at blithequark. You will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will also be responsible for executing against distinguished partner established pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance, and cultivating strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met * Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes * Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines * Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives * Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs) * Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership * Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions * Review patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment * Provide individualized patient/provider discussion * Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns * Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations * Be accountable for all inquiries, discussions, and responses that relate directly to patient treatment * Provide clinical advice and information to patients, physicians, and payers as necessary * Perform other work consistent with the job duties in this record as allocated by management * Observe rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives * Comply with organization policies and procedures, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines * Ensure compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations **Essential Capabilities** * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority * Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, contingent upon oneself to complete goals and it is essential to decide when escalating issues * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Capabilities** * Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary * Knowledge of payers * Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a sheet, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities) **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge in the healthcare industry, we invite you to apply for the Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist position at blithequark.
