**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Patient Care and Clinical Services**

We are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of patient care and clinical services at blithequark. You will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will also be responsible for executing against distinguished partner established pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance, and cultivating strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met * Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes;
